BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Raenada for losing -32 lbs in Operation Super Sexy!!! She is successful in her weightloss journey because she was committed to getting and keeping her body right. I love Nada's dedication and perseverance. Eveyday she comes to my class ready to give 110% and more. She eats healthy, stays away from alcohol, detoxes and works out at least 4-5 days a week. She completes all of her workout homework assignments and more.
What I love most about Nada is the fact that she wants her friends and family to live healthy lifestyles to. She is always encouraging and motivating people to get involved, eat right and workout. Everybody needs an awesome person/friend like Nada in their lives. WAY TO GO NADA!!!
